Connect Bookingmood with Square to create a smooth booking experience from reservation to payment. Accept secure online payments through Square while keeping your availability, bookings, and customer details organized in one streamlined workflow.

The integration helps you reduce manual work, prevent double bookings, and give customers a simple way to reserve and pay in one place. Whether you manage rentals, activities, services, or appointments, Bookingmood and Square work together to help you save time and deliver a professional booking experience.

## [Set up](#set-up)

You need the Availability plan or higher, and a Square account.

- In Bookingmood, go to _Settings_ › _General_.
- Under _Payment method_, choose _Square_.
- Click _Connect_ and sign in to Square to give Bookingmood access.
- Under _Select Square location_, choose the location payments should go to.

Use _Open Square dashboard_ to manage your account, or _Unlink Square_ to remove the connection.

Bookingmood marks payments as paid automatically, and can confirm [instant bookings](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/docs/bookings/booking-requests-vs-instant-bookings) after the first payment.
