# Your account

**Your account is personal: it's how you sign in, and it can be a member of several organizations. Open the profile menu at the bottom of the side navigation to change your settings.**

## [Profile](#profile)

Go to the profile menu › _Profile_. Here you can change:

- _Your name_ and _Profile picture_.
- _Display language_: the language of the admin panel. This doesn't change the language of your widgets or website; see [Languages](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/docs/channels/languages).
- _Color scheme_: light, dark or the setting of your device.
- _Week starts on_: the first day of the week in calendars in the admin panel. Widgets and websites have their own _Week starts on_ setting.

You can also switch the _Language_ and _Color scheme_ directly from the profile menu.

## [Sign-in and security](#sign-in-and-security)

Go to the profile menu › _Authentication_.

- _Email address_: used to sign in and to contact you. After changing it, confirm the change from both your old and your new inbox.
- _New password_: enter a safe, unique password.
- _Phone number_: used for SMS notifications. Enter it in international format, for example +31 6 12345678.
- _Passkeys_: sign in with your device's fingerprint, face recognition or PIN instead of a password.
- _Multi-factor authentication_: add an _Authenticator app_ (scan the QR code, then enter the code it shows) so signing in requires a second step.

- Go to the [sign-in page](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/auth/sign-in).
- Click _Forgot your password?_ and enter your email address.
- Click _Send one-time password_.
- Enter the one-time password from the email.

## [Delete your account](#delete-your-account)

- Cancel the subscriptions of organizations you own, see [Cancellation](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/docs/subscriptions/cancellation).
- Go to the profile menu › _Profile_.
- Click _Delete account_ and confirm. This can't be undone.
