# Saved views

**Most lists in the admin panel can be filtered and sorted, and the result saved as a view. Views appear as tabs above the list, so you can switch between, for example, upcoming arrivals and pending requests with one click.**

Saved views are available on the _Timeline_ and on the _Bookings_, _Channels_, _Units_, _Contacts_, _Coupons_, _Invoices_, _Payments_, _Refunds_, _Tasks_, _Message templates_ and _Reviews_ screens, under _Settings_ › _Team_, and on a unit's _Permissions_ tab.

## [Save a view](#save-a-view)

- Open the list.
- Set filters, for example _Status_: _Pending_ on the _Bookings_ screen. A dot on _Save filters_ shows that the filters changed.
- Click _Save filters_.
- Enter a name for the view and save it. It's added as a tab. The current filters and sort order are saved with it.

## [Change a view](#change-a-view)

Change the filters while a view is open. A dot on the tab shows there are unsaved changes. Open the menu of the tab to:

- Save the changes to the view, or _Save changes to new view_.
- _Rename view_, _Duplicate view_ or _Delete view_.
- _Make default view_, to open this view first.

Views are shared by everyone in your organization.
