•No loud noise •No Partying. •No more than 2 Guest staying over night. •No visitors. •Smoking allowed only inside the washroom, ash to be thrown only on the assigned Ashtray. •Damage of any kind to the Unit need to be reimbursed by the guest. •Please don’t eat any food on the bed, use the designated dining table for such purpose. •Please keep the place clean throughout your stay.
After booking is completed, photos of Govt IDs of all guests are to be sent via WhatsApp.
Early check-in will solely depend on our previous guest checkout time. Usually, our checkout time is at [12 PM]. If they checkout at the usual time, we can try to check you in earliest at [2/2:30 PM]. We provide luggage drop-off with a waiting room which has a sofa, washroom & Wi-Fi access as well, so you can keep your luggage & wait at our property till your unit gets ready. :)
Late checkout is not possible.
Upon check-in, our caretaker will collect one original government-issued ID from you. This ID will be returned at the time of checkout after the unit has been inspected, serving as a security deposit. Alternatively, you have the option to deposit ₹1000 instead of providing an ID.
