Coal Stove Agreement*

By choosing the coal stove option, I agree to follow all safety instructions and I understand that attempting to operate, relight, adjust, or modify the stove without permission is prohibited. I acknowledge that refueling may be required every 12–24 hours and I give permission for the host (if needed) to refill the stove for safety. Any damage caused by misuse of the stove may result in charges or deposit withholding.

Agreement To House Rules*

I have read and agree to the House Rules, including no parties, respecting neighbors, proper hot tub use, and check-out procedures.

Hot Tub & Sauna Agreement*

I understand the hot tub and sauna must be used responsibly and will follow all posted safety instructions.

Agreement to Security Deposit*

By completing this reservation, I acknowledge and agree to the following security deposit terms: A refundable security deposit of $200 is required for all bookings. This deposit is held to cover potential damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violation of house rules. The deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 5–7 business days after checkout, provided all conditions below are met. I understand that the deposit may be partially or fully withheld if any of the following occur: Damage to the property, cabin, furniture, hot tub, sauna, equipment, or amenities Missing items Unauthorized guests or pets Smoking inside the cabin Violation of house rules Excessive cleaning required Failure to follow checkout instructions Violation of the rental agreement terms If damage or violations occur, the deposit may be used to cover: Repairs Replacement of damaged or missing items Additional cleaning costs Professional hot tub drain/clean fees (if misused) Outdoor or property damage (fire pits, grill, lawn, etc.) I understand that if the cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount, I may be responsible for paying additional charges and may be invoiced accordingly. Photo documentation and receipts will be provided for any claimed damage or withheld amount. By checking this box, I confirm I have read and agree to these terms, and I agree to be responsible for the condition of the property during my stay.

Cancellation & Date Change Policy*

Cancellation & Date Change Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or date change. If a reservation is cancelled or modified 24 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations or date changes made less than 24 hours before check-in may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation and scheduling has already taken place for your stay. Emergency situations will be handled with understanding and reasonable consideration—please communicate with us as soon as possible if something unexpected arises. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and date change policy.
