The standard nightly rental rate is determined by the individual villa and requires a 3-night minimum stay. The Gate House rate is $1,200 per night. A Resort Fee of 9.5% is collected on all reservations and will be included with the Total Booking Fee for reservations made directly.
Guests staying aboard their boat, instead of within the property, are charged a rate of $75 per person, per night.
A Cleaning Fee of $30 per bedroom, per night is charged.
The Primary Guest is responsible for any damage to the property caused by the group during their stay. There is a refundable Damage Deposit of up to $350 included in the Total Booking Fee. For reservations made via VRBO, a non-refundable Administrative Fee of up to $350 is charged.
Upon execution of this Rental Agreement, a deposit payment equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Total Booking Fee is required. All fees not pre-paid whether via VBRO or at the time of direct booking will be invoiced and are due upon check-out. The balance of the Total Booking Fee is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival date.
