# Analytics

_**Analytics**_ **shows how your units, channels and messages perform: occupancy and revenue, visitors of your widgets and websites, and the delivery of your emails.**

Choose the _Date range_ at the top, such as the _Last 30 days_ or the _Next 3 months_. Use _Download_ to export the data as CSV, TSV, SSV or JSON.

## [Units](#units)

- _Occupation_: per day, how many units were _Booked_, _Closed_, _Unavailable_, _Tentatively unavailable_ or _Available_.
- _Revenue_ and _Revenue per item_, such as rent and each fee.
- _Taxes_: the taxes included in the revenue.
- _Payments_: _Paid_, _Due_ and _Due later_.
- _Days booked per source_: bookings made _Direct_ versus imported from other platforms.

Filter by units and choose the _Currency_ to convert amounts to.

- _Visitors_: the number of people who viewed a widget, per day.
- _Bookings_: the number of bookings made through widgets, per day.
- _Top countries_: where visitors come from.

- _Visitors_, _Page views_ and _Bookings_ per day.
- _Top pages_ and _Top countries_.

## [Messages](#messages)

The delivery of the emails sent to guests: _Sent_, _Delivered_, _Deferred_, _Bounced_, _Dropped_ and _Spam reported_. A high number of bounced emails often means guests entered a wrong address; dropped and spam-reported emails can point to a problem with your [sender address](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/docs/guest-communication/email-settings).
