# Price breakdown

**When guests select dates, they see a breakdown of the price: the rent, each fee, discounts, taxes and the total. The same lines appear on the booking, the guest page and invoices.**

The breakdown consists of:

- The rent, as set under [Rent](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/docs/rent-and-restrictions/rent-prices) or in the [Price calendar](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/docs/rent-and-restrictions/price-calendar).
- Fees from the [booking form](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/docs/booking-form), such as a cleaning fee or the price of an option the guest selected.
- Discounts and [coupons](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/docs/rent-and-restrictions/coupons).
- [Taxes](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/docs/rent-and-restrictions/taxes).
- Refundable deposits, which are shown separately because they're returned after the stay.

When the rent or fees are paid in installments, guests also see the payment schedule.

## [Combine pricing lines](#combine-pricing-lines)

A single fee can produce several lines, for example a different price per night in two seasons. To show those as one line, open the unit, go to _Settings_ and turn on _Combine multiple pricing lines from a single fee into one_.

## [Currency](#currency)

The price is calculated in the unit's _Currency_, under the unit's _Settings_. Widgets can show prices in another currency; guests then pay in the unit's currency. See [Display currency](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/docs/channels/display-currency).
