# Organizations

**An** _**organization**_ **is the workspace where you manage your units, bookings, channels and settings. Each organization has its own subscription. You can be a member of several organizations and switch between them with the same account.**

## [Create an organization](#create-an-organization)

When you sign up, Bookingmood creates an organization with a free 14-day trial. To create another one:

- Click the name of the current organization at the top of the side navigation.
- Click _New organization_.
- Enter the _Organization name_ and choose a _Plan_.
- Click _Start free 14-day trial_.

- Click the organization you want to open.

Go to _Settings_ › _General_ to change the _Organization name_, the _Avatar_ and the _Logo_. The same screen holds the _Payment method_, see [Payments](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/docs/payments).

## [Delete an organization](#delete-an-organization)

Deleting an organization is irreversible: all its units, bookings, contacts and other data are deleted.

- [Cancel the subscription](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/docs/subscriptions/cancellation) first. An organization with an active subscription can't be deleted.
- Open the organization.
- Go to _Settings_ › _General_.
- Click _Delete organization_ and confirm.
