# Terms & Conditions field

**To have guests agree to your terms and conditions before they book, add a required checkbox with your terms as attachment.**

- Open a unit and go to _Booking form_.
- Under _Booking details_, add a _Checkbox field_, for example "I agree to the terms and conditions".
- Make the field required.
- Add your terms and conditions as attachment.

Guests can open the attachment from the booking form, and can't book without checking the box.

Use an _Existing field_ to add the same checkbox to the booking forms of your other units.
