Perfekt luxurious spot for holidays, filled with thoughful details - starting with espresso caps und not ending with great beds. The view from both balconys is so great that it is hard to find a reason to leave the apartment. The price for this is a rather steep way up - I do not think the bikes (that are included) get used much. And Lisa is a perfect host, always helpful with tips in finding the perfect spots in Nerja and around.

We spent 4 nights at the wonderful Casa Joya Nerja during the Easter school break. The house was absolutely beautiful! It was exactly as it appeared in the photos. Really spacious and comfortable and fitted out to a very high standard. The absolute best feature is the two large terraces. They are so spacious and the views are stunning! You'll see from the photos that we were able to enjoy sunsets, sunrises and the beautiful sunshine all day long! The owners have thought of every tiny detail to make your stay enjoyable. Lisa is a fantastic, responsive host. She even dropped by with a curling wand for my teenage daughter. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a hire car and I do think it's best to have a car as the house is at the top of a steep hill. However, the taxi service recommended by Lisa was so good, and one always arrived within minutes of calling. We would definitely return to Casa Joya and have no hesitation recommending it to anyone staying in the Nerja area.

Fantastic apartment. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Joya. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need, a home from home. The views are stunning from the two balconies. Lisa was a great host providing tips and recommendations and on hand for any trouble shooting. We would happily return. One point to note is that a car is needed.

Where do I start? This place is pure paradise. It all starts with the perfect host in Lisa who's communication from start to finish is impeccable and the app that she provides covers everything. Then when you arrive the pictures don't come close to how it feels to firstly walk into Casa Joya but when you step out on to THE BALCONY, I have travelled the world and stayed in some great places, I have NEVER been so impressed with a view. The pool area is simply stunning too and always a sunbed available even mid July. Proximity to Nerja (7 minute drive) and Frigliana (16 minute drive) and A MUST TO SEE i simply think that Casa Joya is perfect in every way. I would highly recommend this place to anybody,worth every cent and I very much hope that this is not the last time that myself and my family will get to enjoy this little piece of heaven. Wonderful property, views are incredible. Most comfortable beds we've slept in. Lisa has thought of everything to make the stay incredibly comfortable. Car useful for getting around, easy parking at the property. Highly recommend.

The cleaning lady hired me to paint the interior, but we weren't paid for our work. On top of that, she reported us so she wouldn't have to pay, and she cheated the homeowner out of three times the amount. That woman is a con artist, and now she's reporting me again, but she still hasn't paid and keeps extorting money wherever she goes. If you want to report me again, go ahead—you see, ma'am.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this beautiful apartment in Nerja. The space was not only gorgeous but also incredibly practical, with two spacious terraces offering breathtaking views of the sea. We loved starting our mornings with coffee overlooking the horizon and ending our evenings with the stunning sunsets. Lisa was an incredible host – always available and extremely attentive to every detail, ensuring our stay was perfectly organized from start to finish. In the company of girlfriends, I had an incredibly nice time at Casa Joya Nerja. Lovely beds and good shower. Through the app we could try some of Lisa's suggestions and they were all equally good! Beautifully situated and enjoyed the terraces! Lisa is a nice hostess and easily accessible. I recommend Casa Joya Nerja!

We spent a week enjoying everything in your beautiful and tastefully decorated house: two beautiful terraces with the most beautiful view at the top, lovely outdoor shower with sea view, breakfast at sunrise, apero at sunset! Nice beaches nearby, the cozy Frigiliana 15 minutes away. A handy app with tips and a quick response with the lovely owner Lisa! In short: a week not to forget 🤩 Thanks Lisa!

What a fantastic house this is. The view of the Mediterranean Sea from the two spacious balconies is phenomenal. Especially from the "Upperdeck", where there is also a wonderful outdoor shower. The house is super comfortably furnished and both bathrooms spacious. Because we also cooked quite often ourselves, it was very nice that the kitchen was very well equipped. Everything you need is there. A huge advantage was also the front door parking. A small technical problem was solved immediately after one phone call. The distance to Nerja is small. Few minutes by car. We regularly went to La Restinga Beach which was 2 minutes by car. Beach beds, shade, and a delicious chirinquito. Questions on a variety of issues were answered immediately by whatsapp. The contact was informal and extremely friendly. We can therefore highly recommend Casa Joya. Bertjan, Karin, Iris and Sara

We had a wonderful stay in Casa Joya Nerja! The apartment is top located: a quiet place with beautiful views and at the same time all the nice restaurants in Nerja are within walking distance. Also inside it is fully equipped. There are 2 luxury bathrooms, nice bedrooms and a lovely terrace where you end the day with a view of the sun below. It was enjoyable and we will definitely come back!

One of the most insane places I have ever been. The view from the roof terrace (your choice!) is breathtaking, whether you are having your first coffee in the morning or watching the sun set with a glass of wine in your hand at the end of the day. Inside the house, everything is taken care of down to the last detail, giving you a feeling of hotel luxury but in a homely atmosphere. You run/bike with 5 min along the coastline on the beach, the cozy town center is around the corner and the range of quality and traditional restaurants is endless. Lisa and Bram respond adequately and quickly to any questions and there was a sweet welcome pack ready upon arrival so perfect hosts too. I will go again next year!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Joya in Nerja. The apartment is bright, spacious and clean, and having two terraces is perfect for soaking up the sun at pretty much anytime of the day. Plus the views are stunning! The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The bathrooms are modern and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect - peaceful and quiet yet close to the town of Nerja. Having a hire car was convenient but we also walked to town a few times, which was a lovely stroll along the beach. Nerja is a pretty town with a great atmosphere and we loved sampling all the tapas. I would love to come back, and I would definitely stay here again.

In Casa Joya Nerja we enjoyed one of our best holidays ever! The house has the most amazing sea view from almost every room and the styling is wonderful. We just came back home and miss it already!! We warmly recommend it!

Casa Joya Nerja is a fantastic house with beautiful views. The house looks neat and clean and no detail is missing. Swimming pool and several restaurants are within walking distance and other towns are easy to reach by car. It is definitely a must to go here, we will definitely come back.
