The villa and location are fantastic. We stayed over New Year's Eve with our dog—hardly any fireworks to be heard, yet still a great view over the entire coast. The view is simply amazing. Marin was the perfect host, always available and helpful.

Everything was great, the accommodation was fantastic and had a wonderful view. Communication with Marin was very good; he was extremely friendly, flexible, and always available. We would love to come back.

We had the opportunity to spend a few days in this beautiful house in Lovran – and it was simply fantastic! The accommodation is located in a wonderfully quiet spot above the coast and offers breathtaking views of the sparkling sea and surrounding mountains. Waking up to this panorama every morning was a real highlight! The host, Marin, was incredibly warm, helpful, and always available without being intrusive. You can tell right away that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. We can only recommend this accommodation.

We have stayed in over 20 Airbnbs over the last 3 years, this was the best we have seen. It is exactly as shown in the photos, a beautiful villa high on a hill overlooking the ocean. A lovely area with small villages and great hiking in the national park. Lots of local restaurants, small beaches and friendly bars. We had a great time

Our stay at Marins place was a fantastic experience. The house is located at the end of a steep road up the hillside. The house is oriented to the east which allows you to enjoy the pool in the sun in the morning and have a lot of shade in the afternoon. The views are breath taking and because of the location up the hill you enjoy peace and quite and have 100% privacy. We absolutely loved the relaxing time and would advise this place to anyone.

It was our first time staying at this accommodation, and it is as wonderful as described and shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and nothing was missing. The outdoor area is a dream. The view of the sunrise from the bed is also a dream. In the evening, you can see the lights of the entire Kvarner Bay. The sauna and whirlpool are perfect for relaxing, also with a fantastic view of the sea. The outdoor saltwater pool also offers a magnificent view of the sea. The architecture of the house has been planned down to the last detail... Remarkable! From the accommodation, you can quickly reach excursion destinations and a nearby beach. We will definitely be back 😊

Marin was really on top of it! His place is super high tech and he was available whenever I needed him! The view was incredible and even though it was raining, we used the dry sauna and pool. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Marin!

Beautiful villa, pleasant atmosphere

Marin's house is fantastic! We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The whole house offers beautiful views of the sea. The pool was warm and very pleasant. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and plenty of towels were provided. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. It was very nice and we would love to come back.

Very close to the beach. Apartment as described. Apartment is clean and modern. Ms. Dujmic is very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend it.

The house is very comfortable and furnished with great attention to detail. The view is spectacular! In the mornings, we jumped into the wonderful pool first thing, and on our stormy day, we even enjoyed the sauna and whirlpool. Perfect! 🥰👍️🌟
