# Team members

**Invite colleagues, cleaners, owners and others to your organization. Adding team members is free.**

## [Invite a member](#invite-a-member)

- Go to _Settings_ › _Team_.
- Click _New member_.
- Enter the _Name_, _Email address_ and _Language_ of the member.
- Choose a _Role_ and, for the _User_ role, the _Permissions_ per unit. See [Roles and permissions](https://www.bookingmood.com/en-US/docs/team/roles-and-permissions).
- Click _Invite to organization_.

The member receives an email invitation. Members without a Bookingmood account create one and are added to your organization right away.

Until they accept, the member is shown as _Invited_. Click _Resend invitation_ if the email didn't arrive.

## [Change or remove a member](#change-or-remove-a-member)

Open the member in _Settings_ › _Team_ to change their role, _Edit permissions_ or remove them from the organization.
