# Cancellation

**You can cancel your subscription at any time.**

- Open the organization whose subscription you want to cancel.
- Go to _Settings_ › _Subscription_.
- Click _Cancel subscription_ and follow the steps.

If _Cancel subscription_ isn't shown, click _Manage subscription_ and cancel on the page that opens.

After cancelling, the subscription shows _Cancelled, doesn't renew_. Your organization stays active until the end of the current billing period; the screen shows the date it deactivates.
