30% deposit is required within 24 hours of the payment request to secure the reservation and is non-refundable. The remaining 70% balance is due 30 days before arrival and becomes non-refundable from the due date onward. If either payment is not received by its due date, the reservation will be cancelled and the dates released for resale. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
