Can I test Bookingmood?

Yes, you can test Bookingmood for free for 14 days, without any obligations. During your trial period, you have access to all premium features. If you want to continue using Bookingmood after the 14 days, you need to subscribe.

Can I embed an availability calendar on my website?

Yes, you can embed Bookingmood widgets on any website, regardless of the website builder or content management system you use. Just copy and paste the generated embed code.

How many users are included in each plan?

Each plan allows you to collaborate with as many users as you like.

Can Bookingmood process bookings?

Yes, you can add a booking form to our widgets. This way website visitors can send booking requests directly to you.

What payment methods are supported?

We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and iDEAL. Our payments are handled via Paddle - your payment information will never enter our system.

Can I change my plan or number of rentals during a payment period?

Yes, no problem. You can upgrade/downgrade your plan or change the number of rentals at any time. We use a proration method, so you never pay too much.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will no longer be charged from the moment you unsubscribe.

How can I show widgets in multiple languages?

You can show availability in different languages in two ways:

1. Create a widget per language and set the language in the widget settings.

2. Create a single widget and change the language in the embed code. See our docs for more info. If your desired language is not yet supported, you can easily submit your translations and we'll integrate them in the app.
