Moving to Bookingmood? Import your existing bookings, so your calendars are complete from the start.

Import bookings from a spreadsheet

Export your bookings from your previous system as a CSV file, then:

Open a unit and go to Synchronization.
Click One-time import and select the CSV file.
Under Field mapping, choose for each column what it contains: Start date, End date, Title or Notes, or Omit it. Columns mapped to Notes are combined into the notes of the booking.
Check the preview of the calendar on the right.
Click Confirm.

The bookings are imported as confirmed bookings. Rows without a start and end date are skipped. Repeat for each unit.

Unlike an iCal import, a one-time import doesn't stay connected to the source: imported bookings are normal bookings that you can edit.

You can import your units, calendars and team members from AvailabilityCalendar.com at once.

Go to Settings › General and click Data import. Only Superusers see this button.
Select AvailabilityCalendar.com as provider.
Paste the Export token from your AvailabilityCalendar.com account and click Start import.
Select the units and members to import, and confirm.
