Moving to Bookingmood? Import your existing bookings, so your calendars are complete from the start.

Import bookings from a spreadsheet#

Export your bookings from your previous system as a CSV file, then:

• Open a unit and go to Synchronization.

• Click One-time import and select the CSV file.

• Under Field mapping, choose for each column what it contains: Start date, End date, Title or Notes, or Omit it. Columns mapped to Notes are combined into the notes of the booking.

• Check the preview of the calendar on the right.

• Click Confirm.

The bookings are imported as confirmed bookings. Rows without a start and end date are skipped. Repeat for each unit.

Unlike an iCal import, a one-time import doesn't stay connected to the source: imported bookings are normal bookings that you can edit.

Move from AvailabilityCalendar.com#

You can import your units, calendars and team members from AvailabilityCalendar.com at once.

• Go to Settings › General and click Data import. Only Superusers see this button.

• Select AvailabilityCalendar.com as provider.

• Paste the Export token from your AvailabilityCalendar.com account and click Start import.

• Select the units and members to import, and confirm.
