You can add tasks to bookings. For example:
Clean rental unit
Empty bins
Restock supplies
These tasks can be assigned to team members, for example, your cleaners and maintenance staff. They can mark tasks as done.
You can set up tasks for all bookings per rental unit. You can also manually add one-time tasks to specific bookings.
To add tasks for every booking of a rental unit:
Open a unit.
Click on Tasks.
Here you can manage the items of the task template. Changes will apply to new bookings only.
You can add tasks manually to a booking.
Open a booking.
Click on + Task.
You can enable notifications for tasks. Notifications can be sent via email and as text messages (SMS). They will be sent 24 hours before the due date. To enable notifications:
Click on your profile icon.
Click on Profile.
Click on Notifications.
Enable notifications for Upcoming tasks.
