Add rent prices

You can add a rent price per unit. You can split the rent price per number of guests, per season and more. Besides the rent, you can also add other fees, like an end cleaning fee or a tourist tax. Add a base price Open a rental unit and click on Rent . Click on Price . Enter an amount in the field and make a selection:

Price calendar

Besides default way to apply rates , you can also specify your rent pricing using the Price calendar . This allows you to specify rent price and booking restrictions per date. Enabling the Price calendar Open a unit. Click on Rent . Click on Price calendar . A new menu item will be displayed: Price calendar . Applying

Restrictions

You can restrict the rent. For example by only allowing certain check-in or check-out days. Add a restriction Open a unit. Click on Rent . Click on Price . Click on + Restriction . Choose one of the restrictions.
