Connect Bookingmood with Square to create a smooth booking experience from reservation to payment. Accept secure online payments through Square while keeping your availability, bookings, and customer details organized in one streamlined workflow.

The integration helps you reduce manual work, prevent double bookings, and give customers a simple way to reserve and pay in one place. Whether you manage rentals, activities, services, or appointments, Bookingmood and Square work together to help you save time and deliver a professional booking experience.

Set up#

You need the Availability plan or higher, and a Square account.

• In Bookingmood, go to Settings › General.

• Under Payment method, choose Square.

• Click Connect and sign in to Square to give Bookingmood access.

• Under Select Square location, choose the location payments should go to.

Use Open Square dashboard to manage your account, or Unlink Square to remove the connection.

What happens next#

Guests can now pay online on their guest page. Bookingmood marks payments as paid automatically, and can confirm instant bookings after the first payment. See Payments for how payments, installments and invoices work.

Payments go straight to your Square account. Bookingmood charges no commission; Square's own fees apply.
