Timeline

The Timeline shows the bookings, blocked periods and notes of all your units on one screen, one row per unit. It's the first screen you see when you open an organization.

Navigate the timeline#

• Scroll horizontally to move through time. Use the navigation at the top to jump to today or another date.

• Click Zoom to choose how wide the days and how high the rows are, so more or fewer days and units fit on the screen.

• Sort the units by Name, Created or Last modified, or search and filter them, for example by attribute.

Add a booking#

Click and drag over dates in a unit's row to add a booking, blocked period or note for those dates. See Manual bookings.

Open a booking#

Click a booking to open its details. See Booking details.

Drag a booking to move it to other dates or another unit, or drag its start or end to change its length.
