Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancel your subscription

• Log in the Organization for which you want to cancel the subscription.

• Go to Settings > Subscription.

• Click on Cancel subscription and follow the steps If Cancel subscription is not available, click on Manage subscription and click Cancel subscription on the resulting page.

After cancelling your subscription, your organization will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
